Early end to a great season and already thinking about 2020

Unfortunately I have had to take an early end to my season, after seeking professional advice about my knee pain.

They said that it is called “Osgood-schlatter” where the tendon from the knee cap basically grows, causing pain and preventing force from occurring in that area without the risk of more serious injuries.

The good news is that it is only temporary and has no long-lasting affects, if rested! So I will take some time off then get back into the training and preparation for the 2020 season.

So thank you for all the support for this season, and thank you for reading my blog and following my progress this season, I really appreciate it and I hope that you will continue to follow me as I progress and search for a pro contract.
